Streetscape completed the fire egress upgrade of the B2 car park at 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. The scope involved bringing the facility up to current fire safety standards by reconfiguring the fire egress path.
Works included the installation of new dynamic active signage to guide occupants during emergencies, the modification of existing entry roller shutter doors to comply with updated fire safety requirements, and the introduction of new custom fire egress directional line marking.
The project was delivered within a live operational environment with safety and compliance as key priorities.
