Streetscape was appointed to carry out the alteration and new building works at an existing pharma-ceutical manufacturing plant in Parkville for Seqirus, part of the CSL Group network.
Works included the construction of a completely new Egg Waste Dehydrator Building, alterations to two existing buildings on-site, alterations and new services works, new car park and other hardscaping works.
The project was completed with detailed communication and in close collaboration with CSL staff due to manufacturing deadlines of some of their products.
