Streetscape delivered the cladding replacement works at Epping North Shopping Centre, involving the removal of non-compliant materials and installation of new 3mm solid aluminium cladding to meet current standards.
The project was undertaken in a live, seven-day operational supermarket environment, requiring a staged approach and after-hours work to minimise disruption to daily operations. A temporary pedestrian bridge was also installed to safely maintain customer access during construction.
