This project included the construction of additional warehousing, manufacturing, storage, and administration space for FGB, an independent Australian owned and operated pharmaceutical company located in Oakleigh South, Victoria.
Construction scope included building a new reception, office, staff kitchen, and display center over an existing car park with bridge link to an existing manufacturing building. Materials used included precast concrete walls, concrete slab, steel frame to warehouse, aluminum windows, wood batten façade shade treatment, and designer carpets to office areas.
