Streetscape delivered the removal and replacement of non-compliant cladding at the Homes Victoria residential complex on Cardigan Street in Carlton. The works involved the installation of new 3mm solid aluminium cladding to meet updated compliance standards.
Delivered within a live residential setting, the project required a carefully managed approach to ensure the safety and comfort of residents throughout the construction period. This project formed part of a series of four sites completed consecutively for Homes Victoria, bringing each building up to standard.
